Things we Don't do

The following is a partial list of some of the tings that we do not do.  This is by no means exhaustive but gives the prospective client  a feel for what is not acceptable.                      

• Lifting and moving heavy furniture (requiring another person’s assistance)

• Reaching heights inaccessible on our 2-step ladder

• Clean the fronts of TVs & computer screens

• Carpet cleaning

• Cleaning bio-hazardous substances such as
  • Human feces
  • Vomit
  • Mucus
  • Blood
  • Excessive animal feces
  • Human tissue

• Cleaning infested properties with
  • Rodents (rats & mice)
  • Excessive spiders / scorpions etc
  • Bed bugs
  • Roaches
  • Fleas

• Move appliances that are connected to gas or water i.e. range and some fridges

• Service clients who are (or have a sick person in the home) with
  • Flu
  • Colds
  • Diarrhea
  • Vomiting
  • Stomach issues

• Service clients who have sick animals in the home with
  • Worms
  • Ring worm
  • Runny nose
  • Diarrhea
  • Vomiting

• Service clients who are disrespectful to our staff by
  • Name calling
  • Unwanted advances
  • Unwanted touching
  • Yelling
